Class Schedule

Dogpound Fitness typically holds at least two classes per week.

Due to COVID-19, our schedule has varied more than usual. We are holding classes outside to allow for social distancing, so workouts are weather dependent.

As classes are announced, they will be available for sign up on our Google form.

Before you join us for a workout, please fill out our waiver form.

Per CDC recommendations for working out:

  1. Masks must be worn if working out within 6ft of each other. They DO NOT need to be worn if 12ft or further.
  2. If you or anyone you are around has experienced two or more of the COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. Symptoms include: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, coughing, shortness of breath.
  3. Please bring your own equipment (if needed)- I will post equipment needed. If you do not have equipment, don't worry! Just let me know and I will hook you up!
  4. You are responsible to clean all equipment that you have used and wipe down any areas that you have been in contact with.
